I was able to grow my money up to 5.2% in just a month. Imagine if I have more extra money and invested let's say just 50,000 pesos back then, so it means I would have 2,500 in just a month! And do you know how much is Bitcoin - PHP now? The Bitcoin exchange rate to Philippine peso is at 36,500 pesos for 1 Bitcoin! If I didn't pulled out my 2K pesos then, today its value grew up to 35%. It's insane. Conditional Google Spreadsheet App Script that automatically sends email based on the value of a cell

I'm just putting up here how I made a project which requires to make a Google App Script on a Google Spreadsheet to send email if a particular cell contains Yes or No or something like OK as a value of a cell or your column indicator for something. It's like this, supposed you have a Google Form which has name , email , address , and other important details on it, and you also have there an input which asks the users who fill up the form if they want to receive an email or not? or something complex and customized that requires you to build a custom script on it and you can't find any add-ons available. On the project I made, it required me to send an email if the value of a particular cell which is a computed value of some cells from another sheet is " Y " and also if " N ", but the two has a different email body customized for the users based on their answer in the form. I broke the work down to pieces to learn about the scripting, first I s...

Trick in booking Cebu Pacific Flight Para Tipid

Here's your guide on how you can book CebuPac ticket online using their new website . Okay, I got you, this has also been asked to me by a friend of mine who wants to travel back to the Philippines from Bangkok, she asked me why is it that when she books Cebu Pacific Promo flight, the fare is still expensive where in fact she just saw the promo announcement being posted in the Cebu Pacific website? She wondered why the ticket price isn't that cheaper as what she saw in the website. Don't have credit card? You can still book your cebu pacific flight online, here's your guide. Well, I suspect it was because of the auto-checked charges that were not disabled during the processing of the ticket booking, so I told her to disabled the following auto-selected choices in order for her to make the airfare ticket cheaper and less expensive. Be careful when you book online by yourself, make sure you take an extra eye on them in order for you to save on your next travel w...

Adorable Filipina - Australian Proudly Represented 'Manobo Tribe' in a School Pageant in Iloilo City

I usually get messages from strangers asking for help translating phrases to Manobo Dialect and every time I got one I always am willing to help them, and if I can't recall a particular term, I'd usually call my cousin who's more fluent and knowledgeable than me to help in the translation. 5-year old Ashley Cass on her Manobo Costume. (Eventually bagging the Best in Costume Award) Recently, I got a message from Ms. Grazel Mari Niego Rendon from Iloilo City also asking for help to translate an introduction phrase to Manobo. It turns out to be it's for a school event which not only requires a translation of an introduction of a candidate but they also need help on others things to best represent the Tribe such as the costumes and the styles in displaying and serving foods on the table. It got me excited because they are going to represent the Tribe on a school competition not just the Mr and Miss candidates but also the display of the tribe's cultu...

The Nostalgia-triggering Lyrics of Bukidnon My Home

Photo by Bukidnon Travels* I got a dose of nostalgia recently that I felt so homesick with the breeze and smell of Bukidnon I call home. Then the meaningful lyrics of my province's hymn crossed my mind and  posted a clip of it, which reads: "Wherever I may roam, the distant land to see. I long to go back soon, to sweet Bukidnon Home" It was just the beginning of this nostalgia-triggering hymn that Bukidnon-native would surely love to hear and sing, not just because we love to but also because of its meaning and the feeling of belongingness to the province we call home. About 12 hours later after posting that lines, I thought of posting a continuation, but wasn't very sure of the lyrics on what exactly is the word. The continuation reads like this: "I long to go back soon--to see Bukidnon Home. Where lovely mountains high, with forest tall and grand--bring memories to me, the home I long to see" I wasn't very sure about the ...
