My #SMSelfie: SM City Baguio

Journey's Order: 1st
Date Visited: September 2, 2010

Date Opened: November 21, 2003

Quick Fact: "It is the first SM Supermall which does not use an air-conditioning system upon its completion. The mall is the only SM Mall, other than the SM Mall of Asia, that make use of natural lighting and which does not have an air conditioned common area" ~wikipedia.org

SM City Baguio is the first SM Mall I visited with a photograph. It was in September 2010 when I attended the National Leadership Training for Student Government Officers (NLTSGO) in Baguio City.

It was also the first time in my life to visit such a big mall and i have a lot of stories to tell regarding my visit at SM City Baguio.
After visiting Burnham Park, we immediately proceeded to SM because it is just a walking distance from there. I am with my teacher-adviser, co-student-leader Myra and  her adviser from our school's annex.

Our intention to go to SM is to buy a Flash Drive for us to transfer the files from Myra's nearly-full camera memory so we can take more photos in our visits and during the event. She has a digital camera while I have a camera that uses film so I rarely take photos of it. But sometimes she let me use her camera to take photos in the event.
For the entire duration of our event, I have just about 1,000.00 allowance in my pocket so I rarely buy things to be brought home. I only buy important things. The first thing I bought was the 2GB Flast Drive and I can never forget it worth 495.00 (this FD was lost when I was in College). I also bought two sets of umbrella, one for me and one for my girlfriend Mary (she lost her umbrella just months in use in our school).

After buying FD, we then look for internet cafe at the mall and transferred some files in the FD to make room for more photos in her digital camera.

When we are about to go back to Teacher's Camp, we realized we left my back pack at the other entrance of the mall. The mall is so big that we find it hard to get to the other entrance. We walk back and forth and keeps on asking the guard where the entrance is and after more than thirty minutes of walking we found the entrance where we left the bag. haha!

I also tried the telescope in there, seeing Baguio City is way too awesome! It really cold in Baguio that SM City Baguio does not need to have an air-conditioning system.

Reaction Paper for the movie The Count of Monte Cristo

The Second Part of the Reaction Paper on the Count of Monte Cristo Movie. The Count of Monte Cristo is a great story that helps you to realize how far the reaches of vengeance can really go. When the Count is going around ruining people it seems like he is more of a machine than a person. It seems like he has no emotions and can’t forgive the people who hurt him. Although some people might argue that the people who wronged the Count truly had what was coming to them, some of the Count’s actions could be seen as unnecessary. In the end everyone will be punished or rewarded by God and you shouldn’t be worried about what other people do or say as much as you are worried about yourself. “God will give me justice,” this line which was engraved in the wall on the prison was retained on my mind when I watched the movie” The Count of Monte Cristo.” This movie amazed me very much because of its excellent theme. I really like the story because it has a mixed of drama, suspense and rom

Pluggle Review: 6 Reasons Why I doubt Pluggle and Why I'm Not Joining

First thing first, I am not concluding that this Pluggle is a scam because as per my observation and as far as my knowledge is concerned, people including my close friends seems profiting from this scheme and got the money they invested into it in a short period of time, and with profit ( although I'm sure the return of investment they got was paid by the people they invited and not from the company itself ). I think there's no doubt as to their legitimacy because, YES they are legitimate and are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines as PLUGGLE INC. Are they scam? " Scam " is defined as a " dishonest scheme or a fraud ", are they being dishonest? I think no because they intend to do what they say. Are they " fraudulent "? Fraud is defined as " wrongful or criminal deception intended  to result in financial or personal gain "? This is also vague but I think I was struck by the last pa
