My Christmas Party with Kabayan Noli

It's my second time attending the Christmas Get-together of the Kabayan Ten Outstanding Public School Students this year, the first being in 2015--also my first being here in Manila working.

This is one of the events I'm looking forward to attend every December because I want to fill the missed times when I was still studying because I studied in Cagayan de Oro in Mindanao and had never got the chance to attend this yearly event until now that I already graduated and luckily got to work here in Manila so I'm always up to attend this event.

I made a lot of personal friends during my first attendance although we sometimes talk in social media before. The TOPS family is really in various fields, some are in engineering, business fields, I am in I.T, of course some are in education and some are proceeding to law and medical fields ect.
The cool thing about Kabayan's Foundation is, even though we have already graduated, the foundation is still very supportive and we are all loving it. Kabayan and Atty Jess, the loving fathers of Kabayan Foundation are really loving and caring especially to the TOPS scholars.

I received the two 50 bill for participating in a game and got the thousand as gift in 2015. I tried to keep the money and not spend it but the thousand bill has long been gone HAHA. The two 50 bill is still in my wallet. It's my remembrance and no plan of spending it. December 2015.
December 2016. I received 500 in my second attendance. The two 50 are still here and I'll try to keep the 500 bill this time. I'll try my best not to spend it except for emergency and will have no other choice already. Hopefully I can keep it until next December of 2017.

Speaking of my second attendance just last December 16, 2016, it was inspiring.

Each of us got the time to update the family about how are we doing now and make them proud of all of us. We got one CEO of her own start-up company from our batch already, our Summa Cum Laude ranked 13th on her CPA Board Exam, others already passed their licensure examinations, on their law courses, others are already doctors, and seems all are doing great and really well.

My biggest update to them was of course the happiest moment I had in 2016 when I finally found my mother after almost two decades.

"I'm still thankful for my mother for leaving us because if she didn't, I might not be here today"
I joked at them. But it's true. I am not mad to my mother nor sad that I experienced those hardships in life because it actually brought me where I am today.

I might not have been a scholar of Kabayan and SM Foundation if my mother didn't left us and I might not have met this great former VP or met Tatang Henry Sy and Family or worst I might not have graduated in college.

Let's ride on with life even if how cloudy it is for now, just appreciate it and sunshine will come soon. Just left the hatred behind and accept the reality that this is what it is today and you have to keep moving forward no matter what for the people you love.

Reaction Paper for the movie The Count of Monte Cristo

The Second Part of the Reaction Paper on the Count of Monte Cristo Movie. The Count of Monte Cristo is a great story that helps you to realize how far the reaches of vengeance can really go. When the Count is going around ruining people it seems like he is more of a machine than a person. It seems like he has no emotions and can’t forgive the people who hurt him. Although some people might argue that the people who wronged the Count truly had what was coming to them, some of the Count’s actions could be seen as unnecessary. In the end everyone will be punished or rewarded by God and you shouldn’t be worried about what other people do or say as much as you are worried about yourself. “God will give me justice,” this line which was engraved in the wall on the prison was retained on my mind when I watched the movie” The Count of Monte Cristo.” This movie amazed me very much because of its excellent theme. I really like the story because it has a mixed of drama, suspense and rom

Guide on How to Buy Train Ticket at the Ticket Vending Machine of Philippine MRT and LRT [with photos]

Traveling via train is still one of the most convenient and efficient way of wandering around places especially in huge cities and provinces like Manila if you don't have your own private cars and thus opted to commute. Currently there are four lines of rapid transit systems continuously operating in Metro Manila such as the MRT Line 3 which runs along EDSA from Taft Avenue in Pasay City to North Avenue in Quezon City, the LRT Line 1 which runs from Baclaran Station of Paranaque City to Roosevelt Station in Quezon City, the LRT Line 2 runs from CM Recto in Santa Cruz Manila to Santolan Station in Marikina City, and the PNR Train which used to be the longest train system in the Philippines but stopped operations of most of its routes.  Map of LRT and MRT Trains in Metro Manila as of 2015.
